How long will my order take to ship?
Processing Time: Each sweatshirt is carefully made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled.
Shipping: Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped via the carrier selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Times & Costs: Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the carrier and your location.
Do you provide tracking for my order?
The shipping carrier will update you with your tracking information.
What if I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at wordsoflifeclothing@gmail.com. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.

What is this white fabric on the inside of my sweatshirt?
The white fabric is stabilizer. It is used in embroidered pieces to ensure quality and durability. It helps to keep the stitching in place and prevents the design from stretching after repeated wash and wear.
How should I care for my embroidered sweatshirt?
To keep your embroidered design looking its best, please follow these simple instructions:
- Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle.
- Hang to dry or tumble dry on the lowest setting.
- Do not iron directly on the embroidery design. If you need to iron, turn the sweatshirt inside out and iron on the lowest heat setting.
- Feel free to trim away any loose thread ends. Do not cut away any thread loops.
- Do not try to tear away the stabilizer.
